Adolescence can be a fruitful yet daunting time in one’s life. Teens are going through many adjustments socially, physically, and developmentally. I work with teens who are struggling with anxiety, stress, depression, defiance, or have a hard time with communication.
I create a welcoming and approachable environment indoors for teens to drop their guard and share their perspective. Outdoors, eco-therapy offers a plethora of opportunity for the adolescent mind to explore, expand, and develop self-awareness.
The outcomes of therapy may include: healthy expression of emotions & thoughts, skills to manage anger and impulsive behaviors, strategies to cope with daily stressors, and overall a greater sense of self and connection to others.
